1. Scope

These terms of service apply to the use of the GamesLive platform (games-live.stream). By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Registration

Registration is exclusively via Twitch OAuth. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Usage Rules

The following is prohibited when using GamesLive:

  • Abuse, manipulation or disruption of game operations
  • Harassment, insults or discrimination against other users
  • Automated access (bots, scrapers) without explicit permission
  • Exploiting bugs or security vulnerabilities

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (design, code, text, graphics) is protected by copyright. Use of the platform does not grant any rights to GamesLive's intellectual property.

5. Patreon and Supporter Benefits

GamesLive offers various supporter tiers via Patreon. The following conditions apply:

  • Billing and payment management is handled exclusively through Patreon. Patreon's terms of service additionally apply.
  • Supporter benefits (e.g. custom logo in-game) are automatically activated and tied to an active Patreon membership.
  • Upon cancellation of the Patreon membership, supporter benefits expire at the end of the billing period.
  • There is no entitlement to specific features. We reserve the right to modify or expand supporter benefits at any time.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the platform available around the clock. However, there is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and updates may lead to temporary restrictions.

7. Liability

GamesLive is provided free of charge and without warranty. Liability for damages arising from the use of the platform is – to the extent permitted by law – excluded. This applies in particular to data loss, lost profits or indirect damages.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms of service. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us via email.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will inform you of significant changes on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the place of residence of the operator.
